Because strength is more than muscle.

At TogetherWON, we believe that staying active is about more than fitness — it's about freedom, confidence, and connection. Our programs help adults over 60 strengthen their bodies, brains, and balance so they can keep doing what they love, with the people they love.

Active senior living with joy and vitality

Our Mission

To help adults over 60 strengthen their bodies, brains, and balance with personalized in-home training — so they can continue to do what they love.

Our Approach

Aging well means training the body and the brain. Every TogetherWON program blends:

Strength Training

to build muscle, improve mobility, and make daily life easier.

Balance & Coordination

to reduce fall risk and move with confidence.

Brain-Body Integration

fun, science-based exercises that engage focus, memory, and reaction time.

This integrated model helps clients move better, think sharper, and maintain independence longer.

Alex Oliver

Trainer

Alex believes that movement is medicine. By strengthening the body, older adults don't just move better—they gain confidence, independence, and a greater enjoyment of life. After discovering resistance training in high school, Alex knew he wanted to use fitness to help others live better.

While working as a caregiver, Alex saw firsthand how loss of strength and mobility limited many older adults in their daily lives. That experience shaped his mission.

Through TogetherWON, Alex combines his education in personal training and health science with experience as a nationally competitive athlete to help older adults stay strong, capable, and confident—so they can keep doing the things they love.

Let's build your path to continued independence.
