After the age of 30 it is normal to lose 5lbs of muscle each decade. This means by the time we reach age 60 we can end up with only half of our original muscle tissue. Loss of muscle leads to loss of strength, balance, coordination, and significantly reduced metabolism. Fortunately, strength training reverses the loss of muscle!

the brain. The risk of developing Alzheimer's is reduced by 45% in individuals that exercise. There

gathers information to understand and identify key needs of each client, then builds engaging
workouts to specifically address these needs. Clients will also have access to in-person or virtual
sessions with the trainer, including workout plans and ongoing support delivered through the
