Are you aware that as you age, your muscle mass tends to decrease? By the time you're 60, you could have only half the muscle you had in your prime. This could lead to a loss of strength, balance, and coordination, as well as a slower metabolism. But, there is a way to combat all of these problems - strength training! By engaging in strength training exercises, you can reverse the process of muscle loss and improve your overall physical health. So why not give it a try and take the first step towards a healthier and more active lifestyle?
Did you know that physical exercise can work wonders for your brain health? Cardiovascular exercise boosts blood flow to the brain, while strength training helps in the growth of new neurons. In fact, studies show that regular exercise can reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer's disease by a whopping 45%! But that's not all - if you combine challenging brain activities with physical exercise, you can reap even more benefits for your brain health. So, if you want to keep your mind sharp and healthy, there's no better time to start an exercise routine. Don't let age or any other factor hold you back - take the first step towards a healthier brain and a brighter future today.

Client Testimonials
I’m so excited about my progress. After three months of working with Kristen, I have strength to do things that I never imagined that I could do again. I love working with Kristen. She is creative and encouraging. The workouts that she wrote specifically for me are varied, use equipment that I have, and are fun to do. I can continue to gain strength and stamina on my own. I am confident using what I have learned to work out daily in a variety of ways.

Working with Kristen has been an awesome experience. She patiently asked pertinent probing questions to help identify my personal goals for strength and conditioning. Her physical assessment uncovered issues that I had just learned to accept without realizing how they were impacting my life. Her detailed plan kept in mind my busy schedule as well as my goals. Can’t wait to see where this goes!.

Over the past 6 years, Kristen helped me reach weight loss goals and maintain a healthy weight through physical training and dietary coaching. With Kristen’s help and expertise, I set a goal the first year to run my first-ever 5K race. Throughout my life, I had never enjoyed distance running or running in general for that matter. Kristen put me on a well-thought-out training program for my age and lack of running and within 2 months I ran my first 5K race…Thanks to Kristen I not only enjoy running, I accomplish my best critical thinking for my work while running.
